WhimCraft collects only the data needed to craft and deliver your order: your name, delivery address, email, order contents and any photos or text you upload for personalization.

How we use data

To produce, pack and ship your order (including sending it to our production workshops).
To send order confirmations, tracking and service emails.
Marketing emails are opt-in only; every message has a one-click unsubscribe.

Your photos

Uploaded photos are used solely to produce your item. They are stored on secured servers, visible only to the production team, and deleted 90 days after delivery unless you ask us to keep them for future orders.
